Default Costs Of Operating A Cabinet/flooring Sales And Installation Business?

Hi everyone, I'm looking into the idea of starting my own business, and in order to determine how much money I would need I am having a hard time determining how much operating the business would cost me. I am considering a kitchen, bathroom, and flooring sales and installation company, and was hoping some people with experience in similar trades could fill me in on some costs that are involved in starting up and operating a business such as this.

Off the top of my head, here are some things that have come to mind, whether they be monthly or just initial costs:

-Business License
-Commercial space for the showroom (rent costs, electricity costs, internet service, etc)
-Displays for the showroom (only an initial cost until I change the displays in the future)
-Lawyer (to make sure we are doing things according to law)
-Employees (Just 3-4 people, if possible, until the business gets going)
-A few computers, printers, etc

I'm sure I'm leaving at least a few things out, and that's where I was hoping for some help. My girlfriend has experience in several parts of managing this exact type of business, but as an assistant manager of less than a year she only knows so much about the costs to start up and run this type of business.... she mainly works with ordering, payroll, and employees. We both know the products, so I feel all of this is at least somewhat of a head-start in this possible venture. Any feedback that you all can provide would be really great... I could obviously use some help in determining the costs. Thank you!

-Business License, Look into the state, county you plan on working in. Esp if you plan on doing the installs yourself.

-Insurance - If you are going to do the installs yourself or make the cabinets this will be greatly effected. Best to start working with a broker.
