Default Keeping You And Your Business Organized

Hey everyone,

I love reading and writing about new and better ways to keep you and your business organized. I know - I'm a nerd. Some of my favorite ways to keep myself and my workload organized are to utilize a small business organization solution to keep track of my tasks and files, de-clutter my desk and computer desktop so I'm not distracted by the mess I can cause, and to plan out my day and what I want to accomplish each day as best as I possibly can.

What are your favorite ways to keep organized? I am always on the lookout for new tips, so anything here would be helpful!

Since I am just starting my business I try to keep track of any info I can in case I need it later. I keep all of my emails in a folder named for that subject. I keep seperate manilla folders on just about everything I get. I probabaly keep more than I should but I hate to get rid of anything I may need later.

The best thing so far that help me to stay productive is to clean up my computer desktop. This help me to stay more focus on my task.

Do you mean that you do not have any kind of planning for your work?
