Good information.(#1) Creating useful content is the way to go.This is especially true with blogging.Once you get your new blog indexed, all you need to do is write content regularly and you will start ranking in the search engines results.Blogs that are big today (problogger.net, copyblogger.com and so on) have done this for years and are now driving in massive traffic and massive profits.

It depends on the CMS (or another system) you are using to publish your content.

Apart from this, you need to build your website more mobile friendly. Nowadays, responsive website is designed for supporting mobile, tablet, ipad, desktop and other smart phone device. It helps to attract mobile users.

Despite what all the do it yourself website companies want you to believe, a professional and successful website is definitely not a do it yourself project.

Are you a small business entrepreneur or a website designer? Too many horrible self-built sites on the web. Don't do it. That's my suggestion and I'm sticking to it.

Thank you for the list! Tips are very helpful. I like the point about regular content update - try to create evrgreen posts from time to time. Afetr some time you can add fresh data to these posts and share. Minimal efforts and wide exposure are usually guaranteed.
