Default Effective Use Of Google+

Do you use Google+? If so, how do you use it? I've noticed numerous companies who use the same post on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+, is this what you do? Do you find it effective?

Since it's from Google, I can safely say it can be proven useful. I've seen some business sites with Google Plus pages there.

If post is interesting, helpful and quality then there is no issue to post it on all social networking site in which you have account but it is good to post it within unique, fresh and catchy title and description on all social networking sites. Nowadays, Google plus is one of the best medium of social networking for getting benefit of higher search engine’s ranking .

Refer this link http://moz.com/blog/google-plus-correlations for getting more information on Correlation Between Google +1s and Higher Search Rankings.

Little known fact about Google+ is that if a searcher has you in one of their circles then you will show up higher on their SERP. HUGE benefit for brand awareness.

The counter argument is that you already have to have a good relationship to get in their circle and the extra boost isn't so important. However, if you have a variety of products this may be helpful. Also, just because everyone knows what Coca-Cola is doesn't stop them from advertising.

Interesting. Other than quality posts, any helpful tips on getting in more circles?

So, the bigger your community is, the better. Share interesting info on your account, follow influencial people and your brand will get known.

No matter if people don't really appreciate Google+, it's good to have it there, because you really never know with trends in social media. Just remember that it's more than one social network that can bring you online success, so don't count on just one.

Best of luck!

Excellent point, Murray! You need to know where your potential traffic is and be where they are and usually that means more than one social media option.
