Definitely. Plus using longtail keywords reaps better, more qualified leads for your clients. You have an increased chance of providing your client the lead within their target demographic. For example, my local clients don't like when they get a lead from out of state when they only do business locally. Plus it's easier to optimize for long keywords. It's a win-win in my opinion.
