Have you checked out 2CO or 2CheckOut.com. Yes, there is a one time fee to sign up, but they have a huge list of countries that they pay to. Also, if you sign up with them, you can have get a Payoneer Master Card and have payments directed right to the card. I know people with Payoneer cards in several different places around the world. They may be your best solution!

I agree with the suggestion of Google Checkout. It might be an option for you.

For me personally, I opened a merchant services account for my company instead of PayPal. Clients can still pay online or through email even. It even allows for automatic monthly payments for clients on a flat rate. I like it because, I have so much more control over it then with PayPal.

It might not be an option for you, but check it out. I used to work for Citibank in International Banking and they have branches pretty much in every country.
