No dress code in my office either though I myself prefer smart casual style -no jeans, no T-shirts, no sneakers

I don't have a demanding dress code at work, but I can't come wearing whatever I want. Usually I wear mix (casual and official), but if we are to meet the important guests I wear only official. Sometimes it's a pity that I can't put my favourite jeans with T-shirt and sneakers on Thanks for sharing such a useful article!

Nice article you shared. It is good to read. But in office whatever you were you should feel comfortable.

I wear always formal dress like- pant, full shirt with shoe. But in some occasions I wear punjabi. Otherwise the formal dresses I like most.

I'm a huge fan of Basics and I wear blacks, whites, and grays a lot. Whenever I'm at the office, I'm either wearing slacks or a pencil skirt with a crisp cotton shirt or top. I just love the clean look basics give me and they're really comfy (aside from the pumps). For dress-down Friday, you'd probably catch me wearing a sweater and a pair of acid wash jeans.

P.S: I have furry slippers underneath my working table so I can change into those and not suffer the pains of wearing pumps throughout the day.

Default Depends on the weather!

That's my only consideration, really. Our business doesn't have a dress code so everyone is pretty casual, unless there's a biz dev meeting or something of the sort!

Something casual on the regular working days but I need to keep some of the formals for conventions, audits and client visits.
