I think this is pretty self-explanatory. You have to figure out where to cut expenses so you can handle what is really important for the company.
You want to grow obviously, so that has its own set of issues. Probably the biggest thing for growth is making sure you can handle it and still be a healthy business.

You also have to hire the right people and this can also be very tricky too. How do you know who to hire? HR blogs and LinkedIn
news are a great idea for finding info and trends on this.
