To begin selling, you must be knowledgeable first about your products and services then next is your target market. After those important things, you can be ready to promote it by using traditional marketing by leaflets, brochures and others. And since you are related to mobile phones and internet, I suggest that you also do some ads at some useful social media sites. Lastly, if your company can afford to pay online marketing then it is even more effective to consider it too.

It surprises me how people take the time to ask questions when they need help but don't check back on the answers or acknowledge the answers at all.

To the OP, you haven't responded to the tips offered by our fellow SBB members. They went out of their way to give you some pretty solid advice, the least you could to is to give us any kind of update. It's isn't just about asking a question and getting an answer, it's about establishing a connection with the people who have shown willingness to help.

This is the same thing you need to understand with sales, too. It's not just about selling, it's about the customer experience your business provides.

Take advantage of the free advertising you can do on social media sites/platforms.You can also provide offers that would entice them to visit your actual stores.
