So true, Panther. For instance, we were outsourcing our PPC for a few months. One thing I noticed was we were getting a ton of people searching for "Free Envelope Templates" or something similar.
And no one who is looking for an envelope template is looking to order custom envelopes online. And yet we're paying alot of money for this low quality traffic.
And Our PPC guy hadn't added any of these keywords to the negative keyword list.
That's when we realized it's better to keep PPC in-house.
