Default Hiring Employees

I have a small cleaning service with 2 employees at this point. I haven't had much success with finding new employees that are dependable want to work. so far I have only advertized on Craigslist, and the resumes I get are pathetic people only stick to jobs a couple of months to a year at the most. Where can I advertize that the success rate of finding reliable employees are good.

At times you don't have to advertise for the jobs online.Word of mouth in your case might be a good idea.Someone you know,a friend's friend or kid with the right attributes you're looking for, that kind of thing...Otherwise you can do a simple search online depending on your location and see which sites will help you land the right candidate(s).If you do,how about penning down a contract?Asked yourself why they are willing to leave-seeking greener pastures, school commitments, what?I'm always of the opinion that if you can offer your employees a nice paycheck, you'll manage to harness the best out of them.Based on what the business is bringing in that is,after all,we all must make profits.

Hi there,

One of the best thing to do when looking to hire employees is to post a detailed description on what are you looking. This will help you narrow applicants and assure you that the person you're going to hire has the skills and expertise for the job. One more thing, before hiring a person for the job test them first.

If your looking for sites where you can post a job. Check out http://www.staff.com/blog/list-of-us-job-posting-sites/ Hope this can help you.

Perhaps there something in that job that makes them go away. If you have friends or relatives, they may help you refer to someone who can be loyal to your business.
