Post Which Is Best Website Designing Tools ??

I am thinking of using a web design tool that has multi-device responsive design. Which would be the best web design tool for this? Also, if anyone can share with me best website designing tools.

"multi-device responsive design"

sounds like a marketing mouthful! I assume that means, "looks good on pc, tablet, and phone".

I think for most small business, a Wordpress site is hard to beat. You just need a template that is designed to adapt screen size, which most new templates are.

Professional designers will badmouth templates, (and I understand that) but with minor customizations you can get nice site, cost effectively. Your biggest time investment on development is searching for templates. (writing content is likely the biggest overall time sink)

The big issue is ongoing maintenance, and with WP the average business owner can be taught to update their own site. Most will still need tech help, but more like once a year instead of once a month.

I think this three CMS could do well on any devices: WordPress, Joomla and Drupal. I've seen them working very fine from smartphones to PCs.

CSS media queries seems to be working for me. Check out my site's style sheet and you can see the mix-max sections. On regular screens, I've got right and left content areas, but on narrow screens, the right and left end up being 100% of the width and are one after another (top, bottom) You can just shrink your screen on my site to see what I'm talking about.
I don't know of a design tool, other than a text editor. Geany is out for all platforms and does enough syntax highlighting to make me happy.

There are lots of tools to design responsive website design but i thing the most important thing is the ability of the designer because when a designer is experience definitely he can design a perfect website and when he is not use to with tools he can't get good response.
