The question is how productive can teamwork be in a business setting? The answer can be quite simple: since we are egoistic beings and find content in success, if we commit ourselves to our team to that extent to be egoistic about it, our actions will be oriented toward the team succeeding.

Good Question! Whatever be the size of the business, team work plays an important role in business success and it becomes imperative to motivate employees and have them work in teams. Piterion motivates its employees by scheduling team building activities for fun and many fun at work place sort of acitivties to help them improve the team spirit and bonding. Every company can try this!
