Which is most important part in SEO? On Page optimization or off page optimization.

This has been answered many, many times already.

They are both important. You can't have good SEO without them both... in fact, SEO is like a 3-legged stool. It requires:
* On-page content
* Inbound links (off-page)
* Clean, up-to-date code

Asking which one is more important is a bogus question, for two reasons. First, by focusing only on content and links it ignores the importance of the underlying site code, which (if not done properly) will shoot you in the foot. And second, it's like asking which is more important: air or water? You can't survive for long without BOTH of them.

According to my experience both onsite and offsite SEO are equally important but onsite SEO is at the basic and elementary level.
