This is post dependant and think about the end user not the search engine, is it useful? Then link it, however you should bear in mind that a general rule of thumb is not to have more than 100 hyperlinks on any page.
The 100 link limit actually came from sources within Google and has been restated for years, during March of 2009 Matt Cutts posted
"The original reason we provided that recommendation is that Google used to index only about 100 kilobytes of a page. When we thought about how many links a page might reasonably have and still be under 100K, it seemed about right to recommend 100 links or so. If a page started to have more than that many links, there was a chance that the page would be so long that Google would truncate the page and wouldn't index the entire page."
I always try and keep my links on a page to less than 100 (not always possible). Back in the day crawlers capped the amount of data they would process for any given page, due to bandwidth limitations.
