Default A Lesson Of Real Customer Service

Here is a great one on customer service by Stoney deGeyter.

"Customers like to feel taken care of. They want to believe that the employees are looking after them and truly want to give them what they want and need. People can find a product or service anywhere. But what they canít find everywhere is good customer service. A little bit can go a long way to not only improving customer satisfaction, but getting additional referral customers."

This is really good. I think customer service is one of the keys to you being successful. Going the extra mile for people goes a long way.

So many businesses think they give great customer service, while their customers would think differently. The key is to give the customer more than they expect without quoting company policy. Customers want to hear what you can do instead of what you cannot do.
