Default What Do You Think Of My Idea?

I had an Idea for a new business/product that I would like to find out if it would be worthy to pursue.

The idea would be to create a "Coffees From Around The World" club that coffee shops could buy. The coffee shops would pay a monthly fee, and each month they would receive a coffee from a different country. The coffee however, would be just the basis of the product. The real product would be the marketing materials that would be included. It would be everything that the shop would need to promote and sell this new coffee one day a week, as the special for that day.

I'm looking for any help in planning this, or setting it up. Basically any advice you would have on this idea. For all I know it would be a terrible Idea. How would I get this started? What things should I consider. Anything that comes to your mind helps me!

You're business is too big to handle I guess! Do you have any partners right now? It would be very difficult for you if you would pursue it alone. Such kind of business is very good. I very much appreciate it.

It's nice Idea, to create copy. You most need to create planning about your copy business. You can choose those locations for copy shops there daily surrounding lot of peoples. First can you buy 8-10 copy shops in one country. In Each copy shops you wan't to need 20-30 employees means cookers, helpers, accountants etc. You need first months to daily visit in copy shops. You want to need make copy is better, then lot of people can takes copy in your copy shop.

It's hard to tell how successful this idea would be, because I can't tell how much you know about the coffee industry. I would say that if you've no experience at all, you're probably looking at a somewhat difficult venture.

First of all, you'd be dealing with importing a product, then competing with some pretty big fish. Coming out of nowhere, what would be the incentive for people to work with you?

It seems like a pretty big idea, with big competition.

Default Start with a small test

I need to know quite some more about this business but with the information you give it seems that you are wanting to start something pretty massive at the outset. Why not try and see if your concept works by testing it on a small scale. You could, for instance, tried out at a local village market, from a mobile cart or kiosk. Do some perusal brainstorming and come up with more ideas. Your trial will test will tell you what works and what doesn't and you'll be able to redefine your idea for your product/service. I give a free one-off idea generation consultation to help would-be entrepreneurs, stole out and sideline ventures. Let me know if you'd like to take up this offer.

I like Chesney's post. Try it out on a small scale first. That way if you decide not to pursue it further you don't have as much invested. There's nothing wrong with trying something and finding out that it's not a fit for you.

Most of the coffee shop franchises have their own purchasing department that takes care of this. You will have hard time getting in that market.

However, your idea might have some traction in the direct to consumer market. The consumers are used to working with this type of concept in wine, so you might want to look into it.

I do not think that its nice idea until you have a lot of money to launch and promote this idea.
