Hello there,

The best way to send files to your remote hosting server is through an FTP client.

A good one to download and install on your computer is Filezilla, (available for free for both Windows and Mac).

You would then need to login to the C-panel of your hosting to obtain the FTP details in order to connect. (In the C-Panel FTP admin section, you also have the option of downloading a FTP configuration file that you can export into Filezilla. This file has all the connection details for the software).

Once you have connected your computer to the server via your chosen FTP client, you can begin uploading your files via simple drag and drop.

I would recommend WinSCP over Filezilla. They're both free, but WinSCP is way better.

Hello,
You can use the FTP i.e. file transfer protocol.
1. Download and Install FileZila.
2. Login to cpanel of your hosting to obtain the FTP details.
3. Once you have connected to the server via FTP You can easily transfer the file and folder by Drag and drop.

Yes, this is correct answer. Just download Filezilla and then you can upload your files using Filezilla to your server.

Exactly, that is easy way, When you are working on remote You simply ask to your client to provide access or remotely you can get access into c panel. And upload your Files by your own PC.

You can use FileZilla. Alternatively, you can remotely connect to the server using tools like logmein, R-HUB remote support servers etc. and transfer files.

Almost all the previous answers assume that you can use FTP protocol. I'd rather say that first you should seek information in FAQ or manual provided by the web hosting company you use FTP might be possible indeed but you will need other connection details anyway, and there is the place to find it
