Just a thought, check out the book

FREE: The Future of a Radical Price

By Chris Anderson

That is a link to a free audio version of the book available.

For example, would it be possible to offer a free version/promotion of your product that would attract customers to place large custom orders? I would consider how you could use "free" to promote the business you have. It can work, very well.

Can you tell us more about the DIY stuff you provide and how that works?

Have you tried an ebay store for starters? I have a friend who bought a wall decal to decorate her bedroom with, and got it from an ebay store. This then spread fairly quickly through word of mouth, because all her other friends were admiring it!

Hi friend,
Thanks very much for your help. Our product are made with high quality vinyl and will last a long time. These patterns are very easy to adhere and just as easy to remove when you are ready to change the decor of your home. These can be applied to almost any surface and can easily transform anyspace in your home.
We can provide free sample to the customer but the shipping cost will be in custmoer side. Many customer do not want to pay the shipping cost,so we do not know how to do.
We have store on Dhgate and Aliexpress. But these are all small orders, the customer always buy 10pcs or 20pcs.We almost have no profit.

I understand your logic, but maybe it isn't correct. Maybe it is, but have you ever tried to pay for the small shipping cost to see if that would spark some sales/interest. I'd be happy to pay a postage stamp if 50% resulted in an order. I don't know what that percentage would be.

One scenario to consider is Zappos.com. They provide free shipping on all orders and free shipping on return on items. They sell shoes, and even in this scenario the "math" works for them.

Have you tried providing free samples with the shipping to them included?

Etsy is a great place to sell vinyl wall art and laptop decals. It is cheap to sell on there and it is where a lot of people go to buy such products.
