It depends greatly on who you're targeting and what your goal is. Twitter will help put your posts or your message in front of the most people but a large % of them won't do much with the information.
Facebook targeting will allow you to more clearly define your audience and has more options in terms of what you want to accomplish (clicks on a link, likes on a page, etc) and that can be beneficial as well. Their local ad awareness targeting is much better than the other platforms as well in my opinion.
In short: They'll all accomplish something but what are you trying to accomplish?
