Hey, I'll be the first to point out the faults of PayPal. I quit working there in 2002 because I couldn't stand it anymore. To name just a few:

1. Bureaucratic beyond belief.
2. More interested in retaining current marketshare than developing new markets.
3. Believes an MBA means more than actually having a brain.

It sure didn't start out that way, but within just a couple months after the IPO, it was quickly turning into just another American Big Business. So I got out of there.

That said, PayPal provides one of the best services available on the internet, especially for small businesses. And no, I don't make a penny for saying that. I don't participate in any PayPal affiliate program, and I sold every last penny of my PayPal/eBay stock some time ago.

- Paul

If you find the post you're talking about, let me know. I never took your words and twisted them around. I do post on a few boards, but I have never taken anything you've said and used it. For the record, I am not a paypal affiliate. I'm a paypal fan because of my experience with them and I think they are a great company. They have saved me alot of time and money, and I want to share that with other people.

All of my articles/posts come from my experience with dealing with merchant accounts. I don't have a degree in Merchant Account Science and have never worked for a merchant account company. Like I said above, I'm just relaying my experiences.

If you have any other problems with my posts, shoot me a PM. It's clear that you and I might agree to disagree on this topic, but let's keep it civil.
