Default Does Google Index The Mobile Version Or The Desktop Version?

Hi,

We utilize diverse features and content on our portable site versus the desktop. Our desktop features and content is profoundly upgraded for SEO purposes, but since of client experience and space restrictions the features and content on the versatile rendition isn't extraordinary for SEO.

I'm wondering, what will google take a gander at and will it have any kind of effect?

Much obliged!

Check google's cache for the webpage in question. The cached page's content is what google is indexing.

Yes, Google index the mobile and desktop version of your site. The mobile version of your site must be responsive in which compatible and meets the appropriate features with different devices.

Totally agree with you sir. Currently Google Indexing your website for mobile and desktop version and get the better result for any one search query.

But soon Google search for mobile and desktop are divided in two parts. Google planning to septate it search in two parts one for mobile user and other one for desktop version. So we have to do SEO for both mobile and desktop version.

Should be both. Google actually encourage web owners to optimize websites for mobile. That says a lot, IMO. Also, traffic sources include mobile devices. So, it's impossible to think Google won't index sites from mobile versions.

Google will mainly index mobile content for ranking. If there is no mobile version, then the desktop site will be crawled. But, if we have a responsive site, there is nothing special need to do. Read more on https://goo.gl/sei4fv
