As a manufacturing firm, you have one major issue: how do you obtain the right tools for the job? It sounds like a silly question, but there is more to it than meets the eye. Sure, there are plenty of suppliers out there that will help you out if you ask. But, quantity isnít the issue. The issue is the price. Most firms struggle to afford the price because manufacturing equipment doesnít come cheap. So, if you donít have the money, how are you supposed to find a good deal?

Yea, this is a good question and as you said 'there's more than what meets the eye'. It's getting difficult for the manufacturing companies to get a good deal on the right equipment with little money in the pocket. Prices are as high as they can get. I'm waiting on some good answers from experienced players.

Default SBA Loans

SBA loans can be pretty difficult to qualify for but if you do qualify they can be a great way to finance equipment for your business. There is also the option of Section 179 which allows you to treat up to half a million in equipment financing as a business expense on your tax return within the year of the equipment's purchase as opposed to depreciating equipment and deducting cost through the years. You can get a better idea of what to expect with a Section 179 calculator.
