I use Chrome, and over the past few months our site visitors (non-mobile) have broken down as follows:

Chrome: 48%
Safari: 20%
Firefox: 15%
Internet Explorer: 14%
Other: 3%

If you have your own site and want to know this kind of breakdown, I'd recommend looking into Google Analytics as a great starting point.

Chrome is the fastest browser in all of them.

I like Chrome the best. There are rare times when I use Firefox (that was my favorite before I started using Chrome) or Windows Internet Explorer (I use that when I need to update my Windows operating system), but generally Chrome works best for me.

I user chrome primarily. Like others, I develop sites and the development tools in chrome are my favorite of the major browsers. I necessarily test in firefox, and even ie (down to ie8 these days, in a VM as my primary working environment is mac)
