If you are getting good number of clients everyday, check which area contributes for most of the clients or which age group.

based on this small research distribute some fliers or pamphlets in this region to get some business.

These days social media & online marketing is in boom. Try to use facebook/ google ads or similar marketing elements to promote your business and get business. These ads will cost you money but they tend to have high ROI associated with them if executed properly.

Find out about your biggest competitors and research what all they are doing to stay on top & follow their strategic approach if you feel you are missing on something.

With a well-skilled team already, I suggest that you keep your staff motivated and show them that they are valuable. If you are getting clients frequently, you should know how to take care of them and keep them loyal. And if you still want to improve your business on a large scale, I think you should set higher goals for your business, explore more business opportunities and expand.
