Default How To Display a Syndicated Blog Feed

how can I display a syndicated blog feed from your (any good) site? I guess it's good news for the blog owner if I do, but all my online searches turn up guides on how to offer my own blog feed (which I already do), rather than how to add someone else's to my webpage.
Thanks

It depends where you want to display them, but there are some simple scripts out there, and some complicated ones. Like RSS2 blog etc. feedroll is a nice simple way to handle it. But why not go and have a look at hotsrcipts.com I am sure you will find what your looking for there.

I should add that if your using wordpress as a blog there is a mod available to do just this.

Thanks OWG, I'm on my way.

I mainly use Blogger (atom.xml feed), but am learning wordpress also.

I wish to display on a simple html page, and hope there is a script that pastes it in the way adsense scripts do.

not sure, and hopefully owg and others can recommend specifics ... but one route is to head over to hotscripts.com search 'rss readers' and specify the programming language (i.e. php, asp) that should get you a few to review.

Feedburner lets bloggers 'burn' their feed through a simple java script. I would recommend contacting the blogs that you would like to add to your site and asking them for the feedburner script.

Here's an example of how I've used it on our website...

Best

Thanks Logan and Andrew.

I'm still baffled for adding a feed to my html webpage, but Andrew's example may help. By comparison, feeds on beta Blogger are a doddle! There's a button to press and just enter the url of the feed! Even I can do it

Andrew - With Firefox running NoScript, I had to allow both your domain and feedburner.com before anything displayed. That's okay by me, but you may need to know?

Default html code?

Andrew, I can't find the script code in the source code of your page. And if I could it may look different due to the code having been executed by my browser. Could you use the code tag to display here what code you use, please.

I'm sure it's simple enough, but endless searching still hasn't turned up what I need. Thanks.

Hi Pete,

No problem, I think FeedBurner keeps the bulk of the code on their end and that's probably why you can't find it. If you want to give me an email address, I can email you the code from our FeedBurner feed.
