I would say Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin. Stumbleupon and other social bookmarkings is also very helpful.

Thanks for your feedback! At our company, Twitter proved to be very helpful too. We also made use of LinkedIn, Facebook, and Youtube (you may wanna check out some of it) plus blogs - these are all legitimate Social B2B channels and each of them allow you to engage B2B in a different way. They have all been successful for all sorts of organizations.

But I'll have to say that it still pays to look at your organization, who your customers are and which of these environments they use (ASK THEM) and "fish where the fish" are. Understanding what people do and where and getting into the mind set that the internet [social media] is part of peoples lives is an important thing.

I haven't tried using social bookmarkings yet, might as well give it a shot one of these days.

What other marketing tools are you using for your business?

Ours is Twitter and Facebook, with my personal fav, Twitter. Silly stuff, but it's kinda fun coming up with one-liners!

In today's times it really pays to keep things short and simple - KISS it as they say. Thanks for sharing the information about your event. Best of luck to that! I wish I could be there.

Cheers,
Rojae

Hi Tola,

Being a member of LinkedIn will help you to build a professional network and to find possible clients, partners, service providers and experts in your field. If you are looking for a position, it can also provide excellent business opportunities and available positions.

Through LinkedIn, you can form relationships that are critical to your career success, but remember, effective networking requires reciprocity through developing and nurturing win-win relationships.

For a more detailed list of the benefits of using linkedin, you can visit this site.

By the way, what kind of business do you have?

Thanks Rojae_Braga for your help. Presently I`m on maternity leave and I study at Cracow University of Economics. I write a postgraduate thesis about the advantages of social media marketing and Web 2.0. This is very interesting and I thought that I`d like to professionally engaged in social media marketing. I see that this special field is very popular in USA. In Poland it isn`t so well known. I saw your website Pepper. I didn`t hear about such this before. What do you think about such kind of business? I will wait for opinions of people who have a socila media marketing business. Could you give me some advices?
