There is no need to "limit" clicks if you target your customers properly.

Default Negative Keywords!

I realize that this is a very old comment, but I thought it important to reply for new users. One thing you absolutely must do if you are using PPC is build a comprehensive list of negative keywords, to make sure that your ads are not being shown for irrelevant queries. Then run regular search query reports and make sure there are not odd searchterms coming through that you did not anticipate.
