As with many of your articles I found this to be dead on. The fact that people still believe that if you are optimizing then you should be the top of the class. That is not always the case. I firmly believe that everyone can do SEO work, but the ability of them to stick with the fluctuations and the ups and downs are what separate successful SEO campaigns from failing campaigns.
