Hello Expert suggest How to do Google disavow Links? if possible then suggest steps for Google Disavow Tool.

Google Disavow uses for removing spammy or low-quality links from the web as possible.
You can Use it in two steps
Step 1: Find spammy and low-quality links

Use Google Webmaster Tool for Download Links to your website, Follow these steps
a) On the Webmaster Tools home page, click the site you want to delete.
b) Click on Search Traffic, and then click Links to Your Site.
c) Under Who links the most, click More.
d) Click Download more sample links. If you click Download latest links, you'll see dates as well.

and now you get the all the links that linking on your site from this list you can which link add which date and how.
Now we have to move on Second step of removing spamy link using Google disavow Tool

Step 2:
a) Go to the disavow links tool page.
b)Select your website.
c) Click Disavow links.
d) Click Choose file.(Choose that file which downloaded by Google Webmaster)
And now your site is free from Spammy links.

The latest updates to Google mean poor quality links should simply be ignored. Unless you have some truly terrible links I would not use the disavow tool.

I think Google disavow tool doesn’t worked properly, I discussed this thing with another SEO consult, they said we have to email siteowners for remove spam links.

Not so fast, How can you say that it will be just free from spammy links if they Click the Choose file of downloaded by Google Webmaster? Aren't they moderated first?

yes first need to select spammy links which you can check one by one then upload file that contains spammy links
