Or are you or a friend the owner of this affiliate web site? If it's unbiased, it's a decent level of recognition for one of a thousand sites like this. If it's biased, it leaves a poor taste in my mouth, knowing that what is without exception, a very high-quality web site with great articles on web site optimization, has turned a corner. Just wondering.

Hey, I'm glad you asked because it gives me an opportunity to point out that we've been covering search engines of various types in this way for 6+ years. That's why the name Search Engine Guide fits so well.

Fair enough; I was just wondering if there was an affilliation. Wanted to know if there was a bias or not. I noticed the site doesn't have any pagerank, so I thought the site was pretty new, and the article was written to try to boost traffic, build links, etc. Plus, it's basically a copy/paste of a lot of this companies other education verticals. That being said, it is better than most others out there. Thanks for the response.

The site is new, I believe that the author found out about it from a press release and wrote an article.

Even Google started out with no links. It takes time for word to spread and links to build. You won't ever find us publishing an article here to artificially boost someone's rank. We're here to report on the industry and provide how-to style articles. Not to work as a PR machine.
