Thank you for sharing this! Most excellent and extremely happy that this problem is being recognized. My company was victim to this by a competitor and his webmaster, we had proof as to where the clicks came from and yet even after filing a complaint with Overture, nothing came of it.

We did not receive any money back and our competitor, to our knowledge, was not reprimanded. It is my opinion that his ads should have been banned for a week, a month, ?......on the keywords that he performed the click fraud.

I think the webmaster should have had some sort of reprimand as well although I just have no idea what could have been done to him.

Watch the stats on your websites and online stores carefully. When it comes to ppc, it can happen to you too.
