Hmm, I don't know - I see nothing on the local nationwide job board.
Some hits interstate for a straight 'SEO' search, though.
I wish I could agree with you!

This article is exactly why I am always afraid when hiring an SEO company. It seems that everyone who reads a little about SEO is ready to become an expert in the field.

I also have many reservations on the pay the article mentions. In most cases, you really should not expect a big company to pay anything more than 50k if you do not have a college degree.

Default Doing your own investigations is wise

Seach engine marketing includes many things from "pay per click" to "paid inclusions" and SEO. Specialists in the latter attempt to improve site ranking for relevant keywords in search results by improving a site's structure and content. Experts in this SEO field often run their own companies and have years of experience. It is useful research particular companies through for examples, requesting referrrals from satisfied clients. By the way, how much a person is paid may have little to do with formal education. Consider Microsoft owner Bill Gates never went to University and Virgin Airways CEO Richard Branson dropped out of highschool.

hmm, giving two examples of successful CEOs is not enough to establish a strong case for your point. I would say that formal education increases the possibility of higher pay.

PS- Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard in his junior year.
