Default Email Marketing For Recruitment...

Hi All,
A little background:
My firm uses email marketing not to sell any products or services, but rather to alert professionals of available Health Care positions (RN, NP, CNA , etc.), should they be on the market (which is what we hope to assess via these email blasts).

There is no opt-in to receiving these emails, so obviously, we need to play it on the safe side with respect to preventing our domain from getting blacklisted!

We keep our emailing lists very clean, and have a 0%-1% Bounce back rate.

Furthermore, we have never elicited a spam rate of over 1% on any email blast we've done.

We send to about 2000 recipients per day, and ensure that we never email any given recipient more than once within a 3-week span.

My questions:

1. At these numbers, are we likely to get blacklisted by an ISP?
2. If "not" what numbers/rates should we try to stay under?
3. Do ISP's blacklist email marketers based off of:
A. The sheer # of Bounce-backs/ "Marked-as spams" the emails illicit, or....
B. The PERCENT of Bounce-backs/ "Marked-as spams" the emails illicit??

Some of the factors considered for blacklisting are

1) Number of bouncebacks
2) Number of emails going to spam folder
3) Most importantly how many people mark your email as spam

The very first and most important thing thing you can do is to ensure great email deliverability and avoid being flagged as spam is to build a great email list.
