Question Commission Programs?

I am actually not looking to be an affiliate marketer. I have clients who want to sell my products. They are brand Ambassadors and when they refer a customer to me I want to give them more incentive to refer a client to me.

I have searched/googled software programs where a business's customer can track and earn commission by referring customers. Nothing comes up except affiliate programs where if my website sends a customer i earn a commission.

Does anyone know of any type of software or program they use that their Brand Ambassadors can track and earn commission? I would also need to know when and how much the sale is. I have an e-commerce store and work with customers all over the nation.

I am willing to provide their business cards and marketing materials brochures etc. I started a Brand Ambassador program but I need some kind of commision structure software. I need something more sophisticated than the client e-mailing me to let me know they referred a sale and the new client to indicate that they were referred by "name" at checkout in Comments to merchant. Any suggestions?

Since you say you're running an ecommerce site, you should check to see if the shopping cart program you use offers this functionality. I know the one my company uses (ShopSite) does include the ability to run an affiliate program as one of its features.

You may also want to check this article. It has links to many affiliate tracking programs and networks, one of which might fill the bill for you.

If your site has been created on Wordpress, there are plugins (such as this one and others) that can add affiliate tracking features. (Here are some for Joomla, as well.) I'm sure similar plugins exist for other platforms.

You can also search on "affiliate tracking system" or "run your own affiliate program" to get some additional ideas.

Hope this helps!

I use Pay Pal and my site is not Wordpress. I'll look into the other links you provided. Thank you very much for your suggestions.

I would probably use Share-A-Sale program. Another possibility is to use idevaffiliate.

I am also thinking of using Paycodes where you generate coupon codes for a special discount and a client can use that code to buy your product/services on your website. A sale is tracked by Paycodes (actually just how many times the coupon is used). The trick is to generate coupon codes for each of your "promoter". That way you will know how much sale each has produced for each code. Well, that's the simpliest I would do.

We have a licensed copy of idevaffiliate, but we are not yet using it because we are still studying how to effectively use it. But, so far it has many rich features that you will like.

Take care.
