I would need to take a look at the website, but what i would recommend is that if the website is growing rapidly, then you should also use the future value of your website. Envision your website two or three years down the road. Try making some predictions based on the data you have, than add the estimated future value of the website to the current data. Do not forget the value of your domain name as well.

The facts that you have are good facts but not enough, because your website can go from 40k views a month to 4k or 400k.

I hope this helps!

Best regards,

Ervis

There is a non written rule that the sale price must be 2x your yearly income from your website. But the best way to check that out is to put it for sale at the right sites and hope for the best

Default What is the value of a website?

Theoretically, the value of a business (website or company) is based on "discounted cash flow" calculation.
So if, say, each of these 30 000 visitors somehow bring you net cash flow $1 per month, the value would be:

(30000 x 12) / 15% = $2,400,000

But this is, remember, just theoretically, assuminng that the the cash flow is endless.
Here's some more reading about the concept.

Visitors are not the main point of your profit from advertising. It depends how many times them spend in your site.

If you really want to sell, there are sites out there that will evaluate the worth of your site. If your site's monetization can be diversified, I would try that. You may be able to make more money off of it as-is and keep it for yourself.
