Default My Angela's Links Tips For FREE

Here's what I did the other day for my daily SEO experiment.

First I went into yahoo site explorer and I entered the angela's backlinks http address for the url to explore.

http://angelasdiscountmarket.com/angela.html

Then I went through the list of links there. They were mostly joinging high PR memberships and adding your http address as part of the sign up process. I think it is worthwhile doing even though it takes some time.

Have a go and share your thoughts here...

The trouble is these links get used by thousands and lose value or get pulled by the site owner.

They have merit in priciple but if there are loads of potential sites.

The OP didn't say they weren't targeting Google. She/he said they used Yahoo Site Explorer - that doesn't mean they are targeting Yahoo, it means they are using this Yahoo tool to search links.

I agree, used the power of Google for it is the most powerful one today. Yahoo had a bit of problems, but I think they can always resolve it.

Yeah, I agree.

Site explorer were fairly accurate results.

If you use something like backlink watch, the links are old. If you got any backlinks in the last 90 days, it won't show up. It takes months to see newer backlinks.
