I am newbie here but experiences in SEO industry:
I think SEO is a very big industry and logistic game where risk and competition is too high. Having a website with some of traffic and ranking is not enough or complete to be a good SEO. SEO is the person who lead a particular product or business over web. They have to analyze target audience, search engine rankings, sales, product popularity, brand image and many more things. How many people agree with me?
