It surprises me how people take the time to ask questions when they need help but don't check back on the answers or acknowledge the answers at all.

To the OP, you haven't responded to the tips offered by our fellow SBB members. They went out of their way to give you some pretty solid advice, the least you could to is to give us any kind of update. It's isn't just about asking a question and getting an answer, it's about establishing a connection with the people who have shown willingness to help.

This is the same thing you need to understand with sales, too. It's not just about selling, it's about the customer experience your business provides.
