I always wonder why so many companies don't seem to value the opinions of their clients. Whether you're selling a product or service or throwing an appreciation event - what's better than asking these people what THEY would want in an event (or product or service etc...)

You can guess all you want and take the chance you'll get it wrong, or ask these folks how you could best show your appreciation and at least please a majority of the people.

Oh - and what is "the same old thing" you've done in the past?
