Conversion rate - traffic not only visits your site but also buys your product or service.

Bounce rate - traffic visits your site but then quickly exits your page. They probably did not see what they wanted in your page and so they looked for another one.

I think conversion rate represent your business product selling value otherwise bounce rate represent visitor time on your web pages.
