Thanks Chris. I'm curious, why restrict your pages like that to members only and require registration to view it? You would be (much) better off if non members and search engine spiders could view the page without registering, imo. This would allow pages like that to be included within the search engines, and you would be more likely to rank for those threads when people are searching google and other engines for whatever topics your members are discussing.

I am also a member of RCIA and it is my understanding that the forums are for members only but they are open to search engines/bots/spiders etc. At least that is the way Chris explained it to us.

By the way this is a very good site for google also and I am going to provide a link here on my site. My first post here was on the front page of Google within hours and has been there for 3 or 4 days now.

I look forward to learning alot here.:thumbsup2

Yes Logan, I KNOW.
But unfortunately, several people who learned roof cleaning at the RCIA Forum no longer want this knowledge shared with others!
They fear local competition, or the roof cleaning customer learning how to clean their own roofs!
I have tried to make everyone happy Logan, even closed the forum to please them.
The result is the number one ranking we once had is GONE.
As I watched what I worked so hard for slipping away, I re opened the forum in desperation, and the result was a new roof cleaning forum opened and formed by the disgruntled.
W/O a high Google ranking, my guys will not get much work, if people can't find them in a Google Roof Cleaning Search!
I have the RCIA Roof Cleaning Training Forum completely open to search engines now, and the Public, except one sub forum.
But, to Post, you need to register.
You just can't please everyone, no matter how hard you try :argh:
