I have been thinking about doing this for a while and I wanted to get some feedback from other forum members. We communicate with each other, provide feedback, share our knowledge and give comments. I thought that it would be nice if we can organize an actual get together for those who are interested.

Since I am located in Houston, I wanted to see a response from forum members who are located here as well.

I'm in favor. Jill Whelan just started an informal meet-up in the Boston/NE area. I think Houston is the most underserved market with regards to SEO interest. The closest the recognized names come are Dallas and Austin. But that only means that there's a huge opportunity for professional search marketers/trainers.

I'm a member of The Downtown Club. We could all meet there for lunch. Fabulous gourmet buffet. (Being Italian, I'm always concerned about feeding people.) :yum:
