A Snippet:

Longer search phrases are the natural progression of the Internet population boom. As more and more information is placed online, it becomes increasingly difficult to find exactly what you're looking for. The best advice I can give is to break up some of the mentions of longer keyphrases.

Good advice Karon. Too many make the mistake of writing for search engines as opposed to people and end up creating some rather unreadable copy. I'd go a little beyond how the phrases are used in the article.

To rank fro 'Mexican cruise vacations' you wouldn't always need to use those words in the same order. You should use them in the same order sometimes, but as your keyphrases get longer you can get away with the exact order less often. The idea of having the punctuation in between is a good one, but you can also mention 'mexican' in one place, 'cruise' in another and 'vacations' in another and still have all those words help in ranking for the 'mexican cruise vacations' phrase.

Thanks for the article Karon. Good advice within.
