Hi All,

Everyone helped me out quite a bit on my last post, hoping for the same feedback again.

In my webmasters tools there is a section called structured data, on June 7th I had 16 items on 15 pages, by June 14th I had 3 items on 2 pages and it has stayed there pretty much ever since.

1. What does this mean and should I be trying to make the number better?( larger)

2. What would cause such a sudden drop in a week and does this effect my search rankings?

Thanks:imnew1:

Hi Jeff. Here is Google's help page on structured data

Structured doesn't necessarily impact your rankings but instead allows google to recognize data in a certain pattern that can be displayed in the serps

Did your site change? I would look at the structured data that they are recognizing and then look at other pages to see if you can take advantage of it further.

Structured data can be very helpful in increasing CTR for organic listing, however. If you have a reason to use, I would definitely recommend.

A couple free tools to help with that

Structured Data Testing Tool (http://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/richsnippets)
Structured Data Markup Helper (https://www.google.com/webmasters/markup-helper/)

Thanks Logan, and again apologize ( True Canadian thing to do :) but how do I look at the actual structured data? It is just showing me basic Macro information like amount of pages, not showing me which pages.

Thanks again!
