Hi ERP
Nuker - www.nuker.com - It allows you to download a free version and scan your system to pick up any issues and then if your satisfied with that, you can register the product with a small payment. Well worth the investment. Has never failed us yet.

I've also heard good stuff about Microsoft's tool (http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx). (Yeah, Microsoft. I know it's fashionable to bash 'em, but they do seem to have gotten it right with this one.) Free and seems to work well.

Spyware Doctor is a pretty good program. I used to use Ad Aware but then switched to this after hearing some good recommendations on the Internet. It seems to work pretty well.

I usually use Adaware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) myself. Every so often, I use HiJack This (http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html) just to see what might be going on. If you click on the HiJack link, it will also take you to a few more programs as well.

I'd advise you to buy either Spysweeper, Counter Spy or Spyware Doctor. These programs are the best ones out there. Leave what you have on your computer b/c those programs are good as well.

Don't forget AVG Anti-Virus. It works pretty well too.

SpySwweper (http://www.webroot.com/consumer/products/spysweeper/) by WebRoot is what I use. Works great and costs only $29.95 per user license.

Don't forget SpywareBlaster (javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html) with a Custom Blocking List (customblockinglist.cjb.net) and IE-SPYAD (spywarewarrior.com/uiuc/resource.htm) to prevent spyware in the first place.

My vote goes for AdAware. I consider it the best anty-spyware software.
