A Snippet:
By using some imagination and salesmanship, you can turn your FAQ page into a highly productive tool that not only gives visitors the information they need, but also encourages more sales!

I've recently added a FAQs file to my website because many others in this business are using them.
I'd love feedback!

PS another questions, do most implement it as a file? I wasn't sure, so I uploaded a pdf file figuring my guest might want to save or print it for later use.

That is a great idea but I'd also suggest providing an HTML version for visitors that don't want to have to download the file.

Yeah, I don't know many people who print them off. Most would read them from your site and having to wait for a PDF to load might be a deterrent.

Thanks, I hadn't thought about that. So the questions/answers should be incorporated into the page?
How about the house layout? Same thing?
I have a sample contract, that is also currently a file.
I'll make some changes, and launch the site! Thanks again,
Robin

I made some changes to my website, incorporating the FAQs into my main page.
I've never study SEO, maybe this will help, yes?
