Aaron Turpin gives you some ideas on keeping your eBay customers coming back.

"Quick: how many customers that buy from you on eBay are return customers? Not sure? Here's a fast way to get an idea of the percentage. Divide your unique feedback by your total feedback (total is usually higher) and that will give you an idea."

Another thing that I have found that has been particularly helpful with me in getting repeat customers is to offer incentives that do not expire! In my ebay store functions I can set up different specials as I want to and you can offer an incentive to your customers that on their next deal with you they can get some kind of a deal!

For example I sell Wholesale lists on the side, and I run a continuing special "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" This has no expiration, so they can buy one list now, and a month later they can buy another list and still take advantage of the free list. I have an unbelievable amount of return customers, if you look at my unique feedback versus my score you will see how many customers are return. www.stores.ebay.com/Dropship-Specialists

I realize that not everyone can offer a free item but you could offer an incentive like free shipping on your next purchase, or $2.00 off shipping on your next purchase! It really does keep the customers loyal. And even if it takes them a month to cash in on the reward it is still a valuable customer! And the feedback from the loyal customer is well worth it!
