I have Delicious not to be that effective for getting traffic. Or maybe I'm missing something?

Social bookmarking only play a small role in building links but can still drive a small amount of traffic once users see the bookmarked sites. Traffic is always useful for any site because this increases the chances of getting clients.

I use Delicious for bookmarking. But now i'll use proper way to it. Thanks for advise.

Social Bookmarking also helps in :

Increase in SEO value,
Quick indexing in Google,
Increased search engine visibility and brand awareness,
Ability to share pictures, videos and links

I do not find it useful for Traffic getting and I do not see it when checking my backlinks. But I use read about recommendations of using it, so I use it when I have time.

I use delicious but then how will you know that you are getting high traffic from it? I have bookmarked a lot already, but I'm not sure if it really helped.

i am using delicious Since last two year, but i honestly didn't get Very good Result from them, i don't know why. rather then delicious i Am having Very Good benefits from all other social bookmarking sites, no matter they Are Dofollow or nodofollow , But i get failed against Delicious , I am using the same tactics You mention above but still not having good benefits

Delicious is a very informative site which do help in getting your sites index fastly, but of course if you are really looking out for some business then Delicious is the right place.

I have account in Delicious from 2006 and i have lots of links in my account but i have not get even single click / visitor from Delicious.

We use delicious, but do not see much in the way of traffic from it.
