I wrote somewhere in this forum about the benefits I have reaped using QuickBooks Pro. (I am currently using QuickBooks Pro 2003 although I have owned 2004 for about 8 months now.)

With QuickBooks Pro you can set up more than one company' s books. I have my map business and my husband' s company completely separate but accessible with the simple click of my mouse.

With the 2003 and newer versions, you can email or fax invoices to your customers right from your computer. With these new versions you can save to cd or thumb drive versus the floppy! (Big time saver!)

QuickBooks Pro can be set up for product or service oriented companies and comes with a book as well as built in help. I love the QuickBooks program! :)
